The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Unit Owners of the Woods at Polaris (WAP) Condominium Association will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 6:30PM at the Korean Presbyterian Church of Columbus, 9480 S. Old State Road, Lewis Center, OH, 43035. Doors will open at 5:30PM for sign-in. The purpose of this meeting is to:
1) Document approval of the 2025 Annual Meeting Minutes.
2) Review financial Summary as of December 31, 2025.
3) Election of Board of Directors. Two (2) seats are open for a three (3) year term. Since there are only two nominees, the vote is by acclamation; no formal ballot or proxy is necessary. Click on this link for nominees:
