The Board of Directors is now soliciting possible candidates for the Board of Directors election in March. We need possible candidates' confirmations no later than Friday, February 13th. There are 2 open positions this election - Jan Hoover and Wayne Jenkins have decided they will not run for another term. They have been - and still are - of great value to our Board. We will miss them.
Joining me as our Nomination Committee are Jessica Pritchard and Irene Ralls. I appreciate their willingness to work on this and once again, get involved in our Community. If you know of someone who would be an outstanding Board member, please contact Jessica, Irene, or me. We are having a committee meeting in a few days to discuss. And please consider running for the Board yourself. The new Board members will join our team to:
*Preserve and enhance our Community property values.
*Uphold and enforce the WAP Declaration, By-Laws and Resolutions.
*Develop and manage the WAP budget and reserve funds
*Learn about the legalities of a condominium community.
*Make new friends and be involved!
