To All Residents of Woods at Polaris - March 14, 2025:
Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the Annual Owners' Meeting last night. It was good to see everyone and look back at everything that was accomplished in 2024. As part of that meeting, we elected two new members to the Board, John Hall and Glenn Myres. We welcome John as a new member and Glenn as he continues to serve out Community.
In addition, new officers were elected for 2025; the Board members are as follows:
President: Pam Lewis
Secretary: John Hall
Treasurer: Glenn Myres
Directors at Large: Jan Hoover, Wayne Jenkins and Pat Stegman
The Board is looking forward to serving our Community and working with our residents in 2025.
A special note of thanks goes to Geri Skelley for her time and service on the Board and most notably as President. We appreciate Geri's leadership and dedication to our Community.
Wishing everyone a very happy Spring. Look forward to meeting with you in May.

Form PR-03: Clubhouse Use Agreement. Make sure to add a start and end time for Clubhouse use. Clubhouse Calender and Google Form for requesting reservation(s) will be ready soon!
Rumpke Trash Collection: Next service delay will be week of Memorial Day.
