WAP BOARD OF DIRECTORS ANNUAL ELECTION - 2025
Are YOU interested in serving on the WAP Board?? As a WAP Board Member you will:
o Be active in making decisions that enhance our WAP Community and help preserve our property values.
o Uphold and enforce the WAP Declaration, By-Laws, and Resolutions.
o Be active in developing and managing the annual operating budget and capital reserve funds.
o Learn about the responsibilities of the Board and legalities of a condominium community.
o Be available and commit to attending Board meetings (12 regular and several special), activities, and be engaged in and lead various Board initiatives.
o Make new friends and get more involved in our wonderful Community!

The WAP Annual Owners Meeting will be on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 6:30pm. Doors open at 5:30pm for sign-in. Location is Korean Presbyterian Church on S. Old State Road. A notice with details will be sent out to all Owners.

WAP Clubhouse Reservation Page is under construction, please contact Jessica Pritchard at (614) 313-8356 or email at
jjpritchard6@gmail.com to make arrangements for reserving the WAP Clubhouse. Please fill out and return the following form to Jessica Pritchard when making a Clubhouse use request
Form PR-03: Clubhouse Use Agreement. Make sure to add a start and end time for Clubhouse use.
Rumpke Trash Collection will have NO SERVICE DELAYS for week of Martin Luther King Jr Day and the week of President's Day. Next service delay will be week of Memorial Day.
