The Woods at Polaris is a private condominium community for which construction began in 2004. It consists of 124 units grouped in 31 buildings. Each unit has two or three bedrooms, a sunroom and an attached garage.
We are a friendly community located in southern Delaware County. The neighborhood is peaceful and well kept. Convenient access to I-71 and I-270 makes it easy to reach Columbus and the surrounding communities.
The Woods at Polaris clubhouse is available for meetings and social purposes. Clubhouse amenities include a full kitchen, fireplace, a well-equipped fitness center, covered patio and an adjacent in-ground pool.
