PRIM PAINTING CARPENTRY PROJECT: Prim Painting had anticipated beginning our carpentry project on 9/28. Due to the recent wet weather conditions, they have moved our project back to 10/12. The Board of Directors has recently completed its Phase I Policy Resolution review and approved revisions Policy Resolutions PR 01, 02, 03, 04, 06, 07, 09, 10 & 11. The updated resolutions are available on the Woods at Polaris Home Page under Association Documents Menu. Please download and print the revised versions for your records and discard any outdated copies to ensure you are referring to the current policies. The Board of Directors will continue to review and update any remaining policies from Phase I and ALL remaining policy resolutions over the next few months.
